Flow works great with Alfred. We've created an Alfred Workflow that integrates all Flow controls and shortcuts like skipping or resetting a session, pausing the timer, and more.
Raycast
Flow also integrates nicely with Raycast thanks to Victor from our community. You can check out his Flow extension for Raycast below.
